A.I. and the Notary: A Series of Fortunate Events

Many wonder how the inception and increased use of artificial intelligence can impact the Mobile Notary and Loan Signing Agent industry as well as other small businesses? 

Although, there are certainly pros and cons to any newly emerging technology, A.I. has been found capable of assisting notaries and other small businesses with everything from identity verification, document authentication, marketing, scheduling, content creation, document management, process streamlining, and more.  

Even though it can be a bit uncomfortable embracing new business trends, Mobile Notaries and other small businesses can look optimistically toward the future.  We have had to continually adapt new strategies within the past few years from a pandemic to navigating through the resulting volatile landscape which turbocharged updates to RON laws all over the country and changed how many companies do business.  If A.I. products prove to be all they say, then this could be a welcomed change for many in the Notary industry, and for small businesses as a whole. We may be able to embrace it for its benefits, responsibly of course.
