Texas Notarial Fees

Notarial fees are established by Texas law pursuant to Texas Government Code §406.024.

Mobile Service & Travel Fees

• Up to 10 miles = $25
• 10.1 – 20 miles = $40

NOTE: Mobile service/travel fees are in addition to applicable Texas notarial fees. Mileage is calculated from I-45 & Lago Mar Blvd. to the service location. Once Mobile Notary arrives on site, if customer reschedules, refuses to sign or is unprepared to sign, the travel fee will still incur for general notary assignments. A $50 flat fee will still incur for Loan Signing Agent assignments to include printing, doc prep, and travel.

Loan Signing Agent Fees

Negotiable depending upon:

• Number of Signers
• Number of Notarizations
• Number of Pages in Loan Package for Doc Prep
• Travel
• Scan Backs and/or Shipping
