Travel Fees

In addition to state-mandated notary fees (mileage increments rounded up)

• 1-5 miles = $10
• 6-10 miles = $20
• 11-15 miles = $30
• 16-20 miles = $40

NOTE: Mileage starts from the intersection of I-45 & Lago Mar Blvd. to the service destination. Once Mobile Notary arrives on site, if customer reschedules, refuses to sign or is unprepared to sign, the travel fee will still incur for general notary assignments. A $50 flat fee will still incur in said instances for Loan Signing Agent assignments to include printing, doc prep, and travel.

Negotiable depending upon:

• Number of Signers
• Number of Notarizations
• Number of Pages in Loan Package for Doc Prep
• Travel
• Scan Backs and/or Shipping
